2nd Annual Shaggin' in the Vines

   An enthusiastic crowd enjoyed the sounds of The Impacts and The Part-Time Party-Time Band at Autumn Creek Vineyards for HRC's 2nd Annual Shaggin' in the Vines beach music benefit.  While the crowd was smaller than last year's, that by no means diminished the good times had by those in attendance.

   HRC would like to thank the sponsors who made the event possible:  Gold sponsors BB&T, Carolina Apothecary, & Trent Brothers; Bronze sponsors Googe Financial Services, Home Savings Bank, & Scott & Stringfellow/W. Leonard Pryor, III; and junior sponsors Ball Corporation and Reidsville's Office City.  Wright Printing Services was this year's printing sponsor and Allsports Trophy & Plaque Company sponsored the amateur shag contest.

   Hospice would also like to thank the Steppin' Out Shaggin' shag club of Rockingham County for their guidance and support.  They also treated those in attendance to a demo of their own shagging line dance as well as offered some line dancing lessons.

   And lastly but certainly not least, a huge debt of gratitude goes to Scott Stanley, Bill Stanley, and the staff of Autumn Creek Vineyards.  They did everything within their power to see that our event went smoothly and was a success.  We could not have done it without their help and support.
