HRC has an opening for a maintenance person. This is a part-time position, typically 20-25 hours per week. Requirements include ability to handle basic repairs and general maintenance, conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment (two buildings – administrative and health care setting). Position will oversee outside contractors when professional repairs are necessary, and will work with outside vendors for maintenance of sprinkler system, fire pump, wells, fire alarm system, etc. Position requires availability by cell phone to work with staff in troubleshooting various maintenance issues. Position is bound by all HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
