In this time of social distancing, isolation, and uncertainty, being together,
especially for emotional support during times of loss, is certainly a challenge.
Hospice of Rockingham County is offering an opportunity to connect with others in similar situations. Free and open to the community, online meetings will be held on Wednesdays at 7:00pm via virtual meetings (using Zoom).
Christin Hunnicutt, MSW, Grief Services Coordinator, will lead discussions
on how the grieving process is being impacted by our current situation.
You may join via video, phone, or both. For more information or to register,
contact Christin Hunnicutt at chunnicutt@hofrc.org.
Once registered, you will receive information about joining the meeting or you may join the meeting online via Zoom using meeting ID: 740 798 8369 and passcode 2150 or via phone at 1-929-205-6099 and use the meeting ID information above.
After connecting, you will be placed in a “waiting room” … if dialing in, you will likely hear “hold music” and if joining by computer, you will see a message about “waiting for host”. Either way, bear with us and you’ll be admitted ASAP!
